Shipping:
International Orders:

We are shipping worldwide on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis and we take care of all the customs procedures, duties & taxes of the countries of destination.* 

Shipping is free of charge for the orders over 400€ worldwide. The shipping fees for the orders below 400€ will be calculated by our system and added automatically to the total amount on the cart page. You will see the total amount before placing the order.

Delivery periods: 
2-8 business days for Europe
4-12 business days for the rest of the world

Made to Order:

The items in the monogram shop is made to order and takes up to 5 business days to get ready for delivery.

If your order includes an item marked pre-order or is made-to-order in monogram shop, the remainder of your order will be held until all items are ready to ship. 

Important Note:

-It is the customer's responsibility to locate their package if they have entered an incorrect shipping address. Please note that if your order is returned to us, you will be responsible for an RTS fee and any reshipment costs. If you no longer wish to have the order reshipped, you will receive a refund minus the original shipping charges and RTS fees.

-For Qatar orders ID information is required by the customs. It is the customer's liability to provide us that information or else the order will automatically get cancelled.

-Fonfique does not take responsibility for the items that may become damaged in transit or lost after delivered. It is the responsibility of the customer to track their package and monitor its status. 

*DDP delivery to Armenia  and Saudi Arabia is not available; duty and any customs charges must be borne by recipient. Unfortunately we have no control lover this or what the charges may be.

You can request to return the products within 15 days after delivery.

Unfortunately sale items and Monogram Shop items are not eligiable for return.
